"Missing Ma and Papa! ’Aakrosh’ releases on 15th October, otherwise I would have gone to Cal (Kolkata) to celebrate Durga Puja," Bipasha posted on a micro blogging site.
The actress is now considering going to her hometown Oct 16.
"Maybe John and I will go to Cal on the 16th Oct, my ma’s birthday. I’m planning to give her a surprise. I’m also dying to see my niece (Bidisha’s three-year-old daughter), who I’ve not seen for a long time. Yes, it is going to be one big family reunion," she said.
Bipasha had earlier sent out greetings for the festive season through the micro-blogging site. "Shubho Mahalaya! Durga maa is here to bless us all," she said.
The main celebrations for the festival begin Oct 13.
